If you have disposed of a bottle with an individual QR code without scanning the product for Selling, the restaurant user will not be able to deplete the product from their stock as 'sold'.
If you notice that you have forgotten to do a selling scan, please report the following information to your distributor:
- The serial number of the product sold
- The date and time of the sale
The status of the relevant product will be changed by the administrator from "In Stock" to "Sold".
⚠️The missing serial number of a disposed bottle can be identified by comparing the serial numbers of the stock in your refrigerator with the serial numbers listed on the "Stock" tab of the "Delivering/Receiving/Selling Stock" management" screen. Please report the missing serial number(s) to your distributor.
